Steven joined Hogan & Slovacek in July 1998 and was promoted to shareholder
in January 2007. Steven graduated Cum Laude with degrees in accounting and
business administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, in
1991.
Steven’s areas of practice include attestation services including
audit, review and compilation as well as performing other services such
as interim controllership, fraud and forensics investigations and Sarbanes-Oxley
readiness projects. Steven’s clients are generally in the financial
institution, retail, and manufacturing industries.
Steven is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the
finance committee for the Tulsa Chapter of the American Red Cross, serves
on the Audit Review Committee for the Tulsa Area United Way, attends South
Tulsa Baptist Church, and is a frequent volunteer at Jenks East Middle and
Intermediate schools.
