Dick Walworth joined Hogan & Slovacek as a shareholder on May 1, 1996. Prior to that time he was a tax partner with Ernst & Young LLP for fifteen years, a tax partner with Arthur Andersen & Co. for four years and an employee of Arthur Andersen for eleven years.

He has served both corporate and individual clients in a variety of industries. Over the past ten years of his career, he has concentrated his efforts in serving individuals and closely held businesses with estate and income tax planning.

Dick is a graduate of the University of Florida where he received both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.
