Dana manages the Accounting Service Department. She is a Tulsa native and graduated from UCT-Langston University in Tulsa, Summa Cum Laude, in May 1996. Dana has been a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor since 2003 and is one of the few CPAs in Tulsa to earn the Advanced Certification in QuickBooks®. She provides accounting software consulting services and training in both QuickBooks® and Mas90.

Dana has been with Hogan & Slovacek for over six years. In addition to her accounting and tax experience, Dana has over 20 years’ business experience in various industries and was an owner of two small restaurants.

Dana is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She is the Vice President of the Tulsa Chapter of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Treasurer of the Kingsbury Homeowners’ Association, Inc.

Dana is an annual speaker and committee member for the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants’ annual women’s conference, “Do It Herself: A Journey to Financial Freedom.”
