Randy is a native Oklahoman raised in the southeastern town of Ada. He graduated from Ada High School and then East Central University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He has over 12 years experience in public accounting as an auditor and business consultant. He began his career and spent eight years with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. While there, he became a Certified Public Accountant. He currently serves as a shareholder in the audit practice of the Oklahoma City office of Hogan & Slovacek.

Randy has provided assurance services to a broad range of clients in industries which include nonprofit, healthcare, oil and gas, service, manufacturing and governmental entities. He specializes in providing business consulting and audit services to middle market companies and has extensive experience in working with financial institutions.

Randy is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s. Randy also has a Seminary degree and is an ordained minister. He has served in numerous capacities for various community and volunteer service organizations. He and his wife Lisa of 24 years have two children, Matthew and Kelsey.
