Lyndel Lackey graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 1981, joining the Oklahoma City office of Ernst & Whinney on their audit staff. He then spent 15 years with a local public accounting firm, before becoming controller of Petra Industries in Edmond. Returning to public accounting in 1999, he joined the firm of Gray and Northcutt, now Murrell, Hall, McIntosh. In 2003, he accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer of Cole Computer Corporation, one of the firm’s clients. After that company sold, he joined Hogan & Slovacek in July of 2004.

Lyndel’s areas of practice include tax compliance, planning, and small business consulting. Areas of industry practice include non-profit organizations and service businesses, as well as wholesale and retail distribution businesses.

Lyndel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has been active in Chamber of Commerce and local CPA chapter activities. He is currently an officer of a local chapter of Business Network International. He is also active in his local church, and has been active in scouting and youth athletic organizations.
