Tax Senior
Description and Responsibilities
We currently have career opportunities for Tax Seniors. Our Tax Seniors work closely with our managers and shareholders as a team to provide personal client service. Assignments include complex individual and entity returns with introductory review responsibilities; tax research, opportunities to be involved in tax, estate and financial planning. We encourage our Tax Seniors to be involved members of the team by interacting with clients.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance
· CPA certification (preferred)
· Minimum of 3 – 6 years’ relevant tax experience
· Broad exposure to federal taxation
· Above-average leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Tax Manager
Description and Responsibilities
We currently have career opportunities for Tax Managers. Our Tax Managers direct and review tax staff and seniors in the preparation of individual and entity returns. Successful client relationships are developed by our Tax Managers through focus on compliance and planning. Our Tax Managers recognize opportunities for additional services to existing clients and development of new client contacts beneficial to the Firm. We encourage our Tax Managers to be active community volunteers.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in Accounting
· CPA certification
· Minimum of 6—10 years’ relevant tax experience
· Extensive knowledge in Federal taxation
· Above-average leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Tax Staff Preparer
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Description and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking individuals for our Tax preparation deparment. This individual will be asked to perform the following duties: Assist clients to resolve tax issues; maintain positive, constructive relationships with clients; actively participate in continuous improvement of the tax department, including its paperless initiative; adhere to the firm’s quality control standards; adhere to a high standard of integrity.
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least 1 year of recent tax experience; a desire to provide exceptional client service; strong technical, research, organizational, computer and analytical skills; knowledge of and proficiency with tax applications; bachelors degree, preferred
Assurance Manager
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Description and Responsibilities
Serve as manager on engagements through all phases of the audit process; assist clients to resolve issues that are identified during the audit; analyze financial statements and related audit/tax issues; maintain positive, constructive relationships with clients; supervise and mentor audit staff; actively participate in continuous improvement of the audit process, including its paperless auditing initiative; adhere to the Firm’s quality control standards; adhere to a high standard of independence and integrity.
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least 4 years of recent public accounting experience; a desire to provide exceptional client service; strong technical, research, organizational, computer (Paperless auditing, Internet-based research and Microsoft Office applications) and analytical skills; knowledge of and proficiency with US GAAP and GAAS; ability to manage concurrent engagements; bachelors degree and CPA required.
