Denise Felber is a tax manager with Hogan & Slovacek. She has compliance reporting and planning experience in trucking, medical practices, trusts, estates, multi-state filings, pass-through entities and oil and gas. In addition to compliance, she provides consulting in general accounting and office processes for medical practices and small businesses. She also works with family groups holding multiple businesses and investments to structure business ownership for succession and estate planning.

Prior to joining Hogan & Slovacek in 1995, Denise's work experiences included being the controller of an international manufacturing concern, a compliance report director of a national insurance company, and a senior tax manager with Seidman & Seidman, BDO.

Denise received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Public Accounts. In addition, she is a Certified Specialist in Retirement Planning, and a Registered Investment Advisor. Denise has been published for articles she has written regarding budgeting, and holds occasional speaking engagements at various local universities regarding careers in accounting.
